Supreme Pekoe - Low-grown black tea - balanced body and flavor. Grown in Sri Lanka (which ranks third in the world behind India and China in annual production of tea) it is known for its brisk and pungent flavor and usually takes milk well. FYI teas from Sri Lanka are still referred to as Ceylons even though the island reverted to its Sinhalese name in 1972. Price: $7.15 per half lb.
