Cape Town Rooibos - Rooibos, South Africa. Also known as red bush or red tea. The plant belongs to the pea family and has small yellow flowers. Native to areas around Cape Town, but is now being grown around South Africa. It is specially recommended for those with milk allergies. Rooibos does not contain much tannin and is rich in vitamin C.
